Sam, we have finally had the chance to sit down and reflect on where we are now with our upcoming build. To put it simply, I doubt we would be here and ready to go without your guidance and professional management of our design and application process. Very quickly we realised your easy going and customer focused approach would lead to a positive outcome. We were so happy that our relationship allowed you to get us to think outside the box when needed. The thought of dealing with Council is daunting at the best of times, but at every speed hump you smoothed the road. When we needed other professional services, your recommendations were spot on. The engineers, surveyors and certifiers obviously hold you in very high regard and were very willing to work with you. Finally we cant thank you enough for your integrity and enlightened and honest approach and the amazing outcome you achieved for us.  First Renovation - 1920s Cottage
Sam from Inspiring Designs has been the shining light throughout the Design/DA/CC process.
Having not ever completed a renovation before, we were unsure on who to contact first, or where to even start. After the very first phone call, we knew Sam was the designer for us. She gathered all of our ideas and pinterest photos, and came up with multiple options, some which we had never thought was possible on our block.
Sam drawings are very detailed (our builder loved this) while being competitively priced. Second to none!  Thank you Sam.
