Inspiring Designs specialises in designing and drafting any type of development from new residential dwellings, small and large renovations, alterations and additions, secondary dwellings, dual occupancies to small commercial buildings. Whatever your development, we can guide you through the design and approval process.

Sam Langlar
I am a qualified Building Designer and Architectural Draftsperson and have been working in the building design industry my whole working career. I received my Architectural Drafting Certificate in 1994 and have worked for many wonderfully creative and influential architects, builders and draftspeople in the Sydney region and also ran my own Architectural Design and Drafting business on the Northern Beaches.
I settled on the Central Coast with my husband back in 2002 where we have been raising our three fantastic boys. Always keeping my hand in the business was important to me around this time, but when I decided to come back full time and start up Inspiring Designs, I renewed my skills and did my Building Design Diploma, graduating with distinctions in 2014.
I am a passionate designer and I love to create the perfect custom design and provide amazing architectural plans for each and every person who uses my services.

I love nothing better than sitting down with a client and getting to know you. We will discuss your dreams and visions, go through your ideas and scrapbooks and begin to understand and prioritise your wants and needs along the way.
Once we achieve a design brief, we work to produce a beautiful and functional concept achieving the best results to suit your site and budget.
Your dreams can be as simple as a new deck to accentuate your outdoor living area, extend and renovate your existing home to accomodate your growing family, or as big as designing your new custom dream home from scratch.
