The brief on this project was very specific - luxurious, spacious and room for a spa and gym. The client came with their scrapbook of ideas and a budget in mind. Unfortunately, with a lot of the budget going on earthworks, there was not as much left for the home. With this in mind, we had some creative design work to do to give them the best outcome. 

We designed the home with a split level construction, meandering its way up the site utilising the wonderful valley views and orientated to provide a sustainable footprint. The gym was a seperate area down stairs which could be converted into seperate accomodation for extra income if required. The living areas were on the next level with a beautiful feature wall with fireplace creating a cosy living area and providing a stunning open plan dining and kitchen area with butlers pantry and opening up to a desirable north facing alfresco area over looking the valley views and the spa. Also on this level was a rumpus room, media room and guest bedroom...it has everything!! You then make your way up to the next level which contained the master bed with a grande ensuite and walk in robe and two more spacious bedrooms with large robes and a generous sized family bathroom. This home ended up designed in a way that it gave the client all they wanted with a coastal lux style and feel at half the size and within budget.
